BRIEF FACTORY INTRODUCTION:
Marstone Company is a company set up in Guangzhou city on 1991.At the early stage of the company established, the company mainly acts as atrading buyer for our abroad buyers and quality controller for the exportproduct.
Basedon years of export business experience with abroad buyers and the qualitycontrol ability with many Chinese factories, we start to build up our ownwrought iron and metal furniture factory on 1998. The first factory was locatedat Zhong Chun, Panyu District, Guangzhou City.
At the beginning of our own factory,Marstone created a brand-new natural jute rope weaving on the wrought ironfurniture frame. The natural raw material, nice design, good quality furnitureattracted many abroad buyers. Under many abroad buyer’s support and our staff’s great effort, Marstone furniture factory was in fast growing track, webecome one well organize furniture factory in China with 600 x 40’ Containers on 2004.
On 2005, in order to meet the high speedbusiness development, we decide to build up one big factory in Nanhai. The newfactory locates in Shishan, Nanhai. TheNanhai area are famous for furniture production, at the same time, Nanhai isthe aluminum production center in China. Base on the easy rawmaterial supply channel, we decide to select Nanhai as our new factoryplace. On 2005, we bought one large sizeland with 82000 square meters. After 2 year construction, we completed theconstruction project with 70000 square meter work shop and worker dormitory.After this new factory complete, we moved into this factory by Aug, 2007.

1, Advance Production Facility
In order to keep the good productionquality, we imported two powder coating production lines from GEMA, Swiss whichcan produce 5 containers per day. Now, in order to meet some color changeproducts, we build up another two powder coating cabinet powder coatingproduction lines which can be use on Nov, 2009. Based on the good qualitypowder coating production line, our steel coating product can be in much betterquality accordingly.
Now, we also have the auto laser cuttingmachine which can cut the steel plate into any design shape. In such case, ourlaser cutting steel product can enter the high end furniture market.
2, Strong New Product Design and MakingCapacity
We have one professional Philippinefurniture designer working in our factory. So, every year, we can develop manynew model furniture for the market. In order to let the design become a rightproduct, we also have professional mold designer who can developed many newmold for our furniture making.
3, Strict Quality Control System
Under the advice ofJapanese consultant, we carry out the 5S Clean Production System and TotalQuality Control ( TQM ) system since 1999. Further, we carry the strict quality control system in our factory andwe have got the certificate for ISO9001-2001 which was audited by SGS, onefamous UKcompany on 2003.
